Is stacking my Linksys wireless router on top of my Linksys modem ok?

I bought a Linksys modem and wireless router from Bestbuy...they can be stacked together because they mate like lego's...airflow seems to be ok as there is space between the modem and router when stacked...but is this ok to do?...please someone tell me if setting up my modem and router this way is ok as i plan to do it this way to save room

They are made to be stacked, so it should be okay.
