Be a Lego designer?

I wish one day to look like a Lego designer - creating games for children of lego world. 1 - How do I get a job with Lego? There are currently no vacancies here in Canada, according to the website of Lego. 2 - What - courses should I take? 3 - Where should I live to be a Lego designer for the company? Help is appreciated.

If no bids published job, obtaining a job will be a monumental task. The most significant "in" is to compete for a job as foreman of construction working in one of the LEGOLAND Parks. It really will not get you where you go, but at least it will within the family, so to speak, and make a transition should be much easier to obtain employment outside of the road (assuming you can afford to go after work for $ 13.50/hr in Southern California).
